You can find redviewer here. It isn't the most up-to-date version but it will do. Spray will work but redviewer is better for viewing.

Just about every sprite can be found at MV's Map Hub . When trying to download them, you just need to change .net to .cx and there should be no problem. You can also find many tiles there too. Making a RT combat system that would have flexibility like that is probably more trouble than it's worth.
