Play it in mad max mode. Item limitations are leather jackets, sawn off and crowbar as well as only a dog follower. Gets very hard, very quickly when you hit the turrets on the rig.

I don't understand the connection between this game and x-com. It bears far more resemblance with art and weapon style to Bioshock. I was half expecting the guy to freeze something with a plasmid at one stage. Meh, franchise rape at its best I suppose.

I can't really complain about dialogue from either Troika or Obsidion. They both made some terribly unfinished buggy games, but damn were they well written. It's probably another game I'll just stick on easy mode to get around the terrible combat engine just for the story, etc.
