I doubt I could. But I'd be prepared to apply some serious incapacitating injurys. I guess it depends on the circumstance... I just hope the situation never occurs where I have to kill someone.

Good game so long as you don't expect much depth. It's best on multiplayer and is very balanced with a cool tech tree idea that was both original and fun. Also, the thousands of unique/rare items made it very addictive.
