know this isn't the proper site for this, but what good effects from quitting smoking? 1½ packs a day. i smoked a pack a day a few years back, so i switched to Additive free tobacco, which is stronger tasting, but is free of shitty additives. now i smoke 2-3 cigs a day (at most) quitting smoking...
