I like the 50-foot [x], though. That's classic 50's b-movie stuff. Just as long as it isn't in some kind of horrible boss battle where the guy goes 'Ha ha ha! You thought you killed me! Well, I'm just going to get really fucking big!'
A 50-foot deathclaw would be... interesting.

Yeah, I loved that game. Even though I was 8-9 years old when I played it and gave up after a fwe days, it was great.

I would put Pauly Shore as Ian. It would make the scene where the Vault Dweller blasts that stupid, trigger-happy shit out of existence that much more enjoyable. It would also explain why Ian is so damn dumb.

Not necessarily. I think it's possible that Metzger sold slaves to Vault City. While I do find the Enclave theory plausible, there's no proof in the game.

Which is rather sad. My little brother did the same, and he didn't want to play Fallout because it lacked a take all button. Whenever i feel the need to smack him around i use that as an excuse. I'd say that's an excuse to tie him up, stuff him in a sack, and throw him in a ditch somewhere in India...

Well, for those who don't know, the monster is the tarrasque, one of the biggest badasses in the game of D&D. Once you look at the picture of the tarrasque from the 2nd ed. AD&D Monstrous Manual, it's painfully obvious. However, the tarrasque is a lot bigger than a deathclaw (several stories...

Obviously, the Kama Sutra Master perk helps. Do the karmic perks gigolo or sexpert help at all? Experience matters, right?

As for the hintbook, after you finish the game, opt to keep playing and go see Father Tully in New Reno. He'll give you the hintbook.

I think PA is air conditioned.

I would think he just gets old and leads his tribe, just like the Vault Dweller. Then he just dies of old age.

As for those whining about why you don't get PA and a pulse rifle/gauss rifle/whatever the hell else here's why: game balance. Don't like it? Get an editor.

Well, there is in the expansion (or a patch, I'm not sure), although it should have been in the game out of the box.

Whoa there! I just played Half-Life a couple moths ago, and it was amazing! It's not good because there weren't any other good FPS gmaes at the time. In fact, Jedi Knight, an excellent game by all accounts, came out the year before. Half-Life was (is) good because it's good. The atmosphere, the enem...

TRY NOT TO ASK QUESTIONS IN CAPSLOCK!!!!!!!!111 IT MAKES YOU LOOK REALLY, REALLY, DUMB!

Anyways, I'm pretty sure you're supposed to plant it on Gizmo using steal. I usually just use the tape recorder since it's easier.

Speaking of critical misses, I think that in all my four Fo1 and five Fo2 playthroughs, I've only ever gotten one critical miss.

The stats modify the base skill percentage. If you spend enough points to get to 300 anyways, well, it'll cost more, but it's the same. However, a low strength character has the disadvantage of not being able to use most, if any, weapons since he is too weak. Even if it doesn't directly affect the s...
