I have my own opinion on the two. I think Gifted. I don't nessescarily think these two are very good to compair but I use gifted more often.

I have a question for everybody. What is up with the bull horn in Fallout Tactics? I can't tell if it is a steroid or a friggin aplifier. It gives me plus 3 strength and a huge @$$ ammount of hit-points. Does anybody know what I'm talking about?
