I then use Baby wipes to clean my head and my torso opens up exposiing millions kajillions of missles and fire them through out the whole arena then i fart killing everybody that does not poop!!!

there real my friend had a pack, he gave one to me before i even knew what fallout was, dont know what happened to it.

Mine was in Vault 15 where the rocks block the way into the Overseer's room and tried to blow it with Dynomite and after using it(it stayed in my inventory)thinking it had stayed on the ground walked back to watch it explode and then KABOOM!! My body parts went flying all over the place.
