Duck and Cover

Are there some mods for Fallout 3 that lower the amount of health and damage the S.M Overlords, Ghoul Reavers and Albino Radscorpions have? I already got the Reaver's one. I had to deal with 5-7 Reavers in the metros, so much ammo gone to waste. Why were they made so tough anyways? -----------------...
